We listen, act, and transform
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, self-aware, and deeply feeling. They may be questioning their gender or sexuality, navigating intimacy challenges, moving through parenthood, or reckoning with identity in ways that feel both liberating and destabilizing.
Often, they’ve spent years adapting to family expectations, cultural norms, relationships, or survival strategies that once made sense. At some point, those adaptations begin to feel constricting. Something inside says, There’s more truth here.
Therapy can be a space to honor that voice.
If you're ready to feel more connected to yourself, your body, and your relationships, I invite you to reach out.
